Do you service new vehicles with warranties?
Yes! We are a registered and licensed mechanical workshop, which means that servicing with us will not void your new car warranty. We complete all work according to your vehicle's service schedule and will inform you if there are any required maintenance or defects that are covered under your warranty.
Do you have flexible collection times?
Whether you have an appointment, school pick up or just grabbing a coffee whilst your car is being serviced, we aim to accommodate each customer's needs and requests as best as we can. Therefore, our admin team will ask whether you require your vehicle back at a certain time and prioritise it to be completed by the specified time ready for collection.
Do you have courtesy vehicles?
We certainly do! We have two small automatic vehicles we loan out to our customers as requested (subject to availability). These vehicles do not incur a charge from us; however, we do ask that they be returned with a full petrol tank. We can also offer a hand in picking up and dropping off customers within a 5km radius!
Can I receive a quote on items required on my car?
Yes, please contact us directly for further information. We may need to conduct a diagnosis to further investigate or clarify the issue prior to quoting for repairs, however, our admin team will assist you through the process.
